Explain Modelling and its uses.

Ans.

A modelling is a computer program that attempts to display a real life system. Or it is a virtual version of something in a real world.
Computer modelling is the representation of three dimensional objects on the computer, using software designed for the purpose.

Uses of Modelling are:

1. Without actually creating the system preview of the system is possible.
Example: The Safety of the car can be tested and previewed during the design.
2. By using computer model it is easy to predict for the weather forecast.
Example: A computer model of a weather system can be used to predict storms.
3. Without putting the people at risk, it is easy to train the people.
Example: For pilot's training the computer model flight is used.
4. Computer model is used to investigate a system in detail.
Example: Computer car model is used to investigate its engine life.
