1) In the initial years of Second World
War, Japan was neutral.
2) America was dissatisfied with Japanese
Invasion of China since American interests were in danger.
3) Japan had forced its army into Indo
China region in 1941.
4) As a result, America imposed economic
sanction against Japan which made Japan agree for negotiations.
5) However, after 1941, when Japan came
under the control of General Tojo, Japan could not put up with the economic
sanction imposed by America.
6) Out of frustration Japan attacked Pearl Harbour, the naval center of
America on 7th December
1941.
7) This attack caused huge loss to America and forced
America's entry into the war.
8) In
1945, American air force
destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the two cities in Japan which made Japan
