1) All colonial
powers established their educational institutions to give education to the
African in order to use them for administration.
2) New middle class
was formed due to European educational system.
3) With the contact
of foreign culture like democracy, nationalism, literacy, etc.
4) From this
knowledge, they came to know about the critical condition of economic
exploitation, poverty and slavery system.
5) Thus, the spirit
of nationalism was imbibed in African colonies.
