Sir,
Our house was burgled last night while we had gone out to see a movie. The lock of the main door has been broken, the cupboard in the bedroom was forced open and the following valuables are found missing:
(1) Gold chains and earring worth Rs. 40000
(2) About Rs. 15000 in cash.
Besides, a VCD system (Samsung RCD-Vs 20) which was in the drawing-room is also missing.
Kindly initiate an inquiry and restore the articles to us as soon as they are traced.
