The Forest Officer,

Department of Forestry,

Marathwada Region,

Aurangabad,

Maharashtra.

Sub: Increasing danger to Indian birds.

Respected Sir,

As citizens of India we should take much care about our valuable environment. It is with much concern towards the ecosystem that I, the undersigned resident, have written this letter to draw your immediate attention to the increasing danger to our species of Indian birds.

Urbanisation and modernization at a particular place of our state is desirable, but not at the cost of degradation of the environment. Wetlands, grasslands and green areas are being cleared to put up structures for human inhabitants, thus resulting in the depletion of animals and birds. I am kindly requesting you to take immediate action and proper measures against the endangerment of birds so that the ecosystem is well balanced and maintained adequately. I hope you will give this matter its prompt attention.

Thank you.

Yours Faithfully,
