after the reelections was also dissolved by the Tsar on the grounds of
differences with its members.

The third Duma formed became puppet
(dummy, doll) in the hands of the Tsar.

Being under royal control, the third Duma
couldn't do any noteworthy work and was made a part of the paper.

Thus, the democratic experiment in
Russia totally failed.
