Following are rules for obtaining images by convex lens.
1. If the incident ray is parallel to principal axis, then the refracted ray passes through focus.
2. Ray of light passing through the optical centre passes through the optical centre undeviated.
3. If the incident ray is passing through the focus, the refracted ray passes parallel to the principal axis.
