Respected Sir ,
The B.E.S.T. bus conductors are again on strike in order to improve their service conditions . But their cause is weakened by the fact that they have forfeited public sympathy and support . Most of them lack the courtesy and good manners expected of public servants .They show scant regard for the convenience and safety of passengers , hardly allowing them sufficient time to get into or out of the bus. While collecting fares , they refuse to accept 10 Rs. Notes , even though they have change enough and to spare . They shout at passengers and pick quarrels with them for the filmsiset reasons . How , then , can the people sympathise with their cause ?
