I wish to bring your notice a glaring instance of postal inefficiency.
My cousin who lives in Panaji sent an express telegram adderesed to m e on 7 th November , 2000 . To my great dismay , the telegram was delivered to me at 11 a.m. today .Even a letter would have reached me earlier .
As my cousin was visiting Mumbai for the first time, he wanted me to receive him at Dadar station at 7 a.m. today. As the message did not reach me in time , he had to experience considerable inconvenience .
