‘Educational Development Day’ was organized in your school on 15thJuly. The District Collector was the Chief Guest of the event. As part of the event, many competitions were held and the prizes were distributed to the winners and participants. It was a grand and successful event. The general English High School, Chennai organized the ‘Educational development day’on July 15, 2019. The main motto of this program is to promote students with the educational development. As a part of the event many competitions were conducted to promote the education level of the students. Approximately, 100 students participated in Essay writing, Drawing, Elocution and so on. The program began with praising God Almighty. Followed by prayer, the headmaster delivered the welcome speech. The program events began with the inauguration by the honourable chief guest, District Collector. The Chief Guest praised the endeavours of the School and his speech enlightened the young minds. The School campus was reverberated with the applause of the participants. The merit and the participation certificates were given away by the chief guest and guests of honour. Then our teacher proposed the vote of thanks. The event ended successfully with the National Anthem.
