∃ x ∈ A, such that 3x + 2 > 9

For x = 3, 3x + 2 = 3(3) + 2 = 9 + 2 = 11 > 9

∴ x = 3 satisfies the equation 3x + 2 > 9.

∴ The given statement is true.

∴ Its truth value is T.
