On the occassion of children’s day on 14th November, write a letter to Chacha Nehru

Dear Chachaji,

Today is your birthday, and I remembered you this morning as I woke up. First of all, wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

I have read about you in your biographies. I know that you are the first Prime Minister of India and how you worked hard to make India a Modern nation. So you are called the architect of Modern India. I have visited Nehru Science Centre and Planetarium which is made in your memory . I have also heard that you love children so we celebrate your birthday as Children’s Day.

Every Year my friends and I celebrate your birthday by wearing a rose on our dress. We  cut cakes and also distribute chocolates in our school. But as this year there is a lockdown and schools are shut, we are not able to celebrate your birthday as before. But I promise after the lockdown next year we will celebrate your birthday again with great pomp and show.

I love this day and you are indeed the best leader.

Yours loving,

Amina.
